Refund Policy

Returns

We only accept returns if the item you received is damaged or defective.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered and you must provide a photo of the damage for verification.
Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a return and issue a refund or replacement promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, garments, intimate or sanitary products and personal care items. Sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
